Julia Annel Yocum Hall, age 80, of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Thursday May 14, 2020. She was born May 5, 1940 in Pinoak, West Virginia, the daughter of Walter and Ina (Walker) Hatcher.
Julia was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Donald Yocum; son, Donnie Helton; and grandson, Dusty Fisher. She is survived by her two daughters, Sue (Phillip) Peck and Missy (Donny) Fisher; two sons, Allen (Joyce) Helton and Jay (Becky) Yocum; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; sister, Annalee Short; brother, Walter Hatcher and nieces and nephews.
