He was an employee of Amazon, Jeffersonville, Indiana and a peacetime Army Veteran.

Surviving are his wife, Heather A. Bessent Miller.Children: Damien, Kyle and Hallie Miller of New Salisbury, Indiana Siblings: Wayne Hisey of Texas, Jeremy McCalister of Ramsey, Indiana Anthony, Adam and Shannon Miller all of Missouri.

Private visitation and funeral will be at Swarens Funeral Home, Ramsey, Indiana with burial in Hancock Chapel Cemetery, Depauw, Indiana.
