Donna Mae Starkey, 79, of Luana, Iowa died Sunday, May 10, 2020 at Veterans Memorial Hospital in Waukon, Iowa.
Donna was born September 20, 1940 to Clayton and Lucille (Glawe) O'Neal in St. Olaf, Iowa. She graduated from Elkader High School and then trained for nursing.
Donna was united in marriage with Clifford Starkey on February 18, 1978 in Monona, Iowa.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton and Lucille O'Neal; husband, Clifford Starkey on September 17, 2017; siblings, Jimmy O'Neal, Clay O'Neal and Sherry O'Neal; and one grandson, Jared Burkhart.
Due to state and federal guidance on gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will not be having a public memorial at this time.
A Private Graveside Service will be held.
