Roger Lewis "Shug" Allen, age 75, of Frametown, WV passed away Monday, March 02, 2020 at Charleston General Hospital following a month long illness.

He was born December 13, 1944 in Corley, WV a son of the late Walter "Bibby" and Hester Furby Allen.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Della Ann (Hinkle) Allen; three brothers, Robert, Sonny and Donnie; and one sister, Betty Griffin.

Left to remember him are his sons, Roger and Donnie Allen both of Frametown; two grandchildren; three brothers, Bill of Virginia, Rich of Romney and Danny of Frametown, who was by his side till his passing; three sisters, Brenda (Raymond) Teter of Ireland, Esta Lane Gibson of Heaters and Dottie (Leroy) Pierson of Virginia; also several nieces and nephews whom Roger loved dearly.

Roger was in the construction business most of his life. He enjoyed watching NASCAR racing. He loved listening to country, gospel and bluegrass music. His fur babies were his constant companions.

Roger will be missed dearly by his family and friends.

Funeral service will be 8 P.M. Friday, March 06, 2020 at Richard M. Roach Funeral Home, Gassaway with Reverend Johnny Conrad officiating.
