Mrs. Teresa Lynn Chapman age 53 of Swearengin, passed away Friday, May 8, 2020.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at Grant Memorial Chapel with Bro. Jeff Walls officiating. Burial will follow in the New Prospect Cemetery in Swearengin. The family will receive friends from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Grant Memorial Chapel. Per orders of the ADPH and Governor Kay Ivey, friends will be able to attend services, as long as a 6 feet distance is maintained.
Mrs. Chapman is survived by her husband, Davy Chapman; daughter, Nicole Green; son, Kyle Chapman (Morgan); grandchildren, Hunter Green, Brodi Green, Kyla Green, and Tyler Chapman; father, James Robert Cameron; sisters, Susan Black (Robby), Annette York (Billy), Samantha Snow, Dusty Lynch (Robert A.), Jeanette Ledbetter (Danny), and Darlene Yancy (James); brothers, Jeff Cameron (Katie), Dwight Cameron, Kippy Lynch, Frankie Cameron (Courtney), Eddie Cameron, Harlon Higginbotham (Pam); special aunts, Kathy Fletcher (Tony), Ruby McLain, and Myrtle Pruitt; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Jo Evelyn Deerman; grandmother, Verdia Cameron; niece, Jamie Yancy; and nephew, Kobe Cameron.
Teresa was a member of the Holiness faith.
