Dorothy Armstrong, 66, of Simpsonville entered into eternal rest on April 29, 2020. Dorothy loved spending time with her grandchildren and looking for ways to help others. She was a caretaker/companion before becoming disabled in 2011. Dorothy had recently overcome and survived lung cancer. She could often be found playing bingo or visiting casinos. She always looked forward to spooky movie nights with the family. Dorothy was greatly loved and to say she will be missed would be an understatement.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Bonnie and Raymond; sister, Mary Alice; and brothers, Joey and David.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Shawnna Armstrong, Angela Moffett, Ashley Rison, and Kathy Berry; grandchildren, Raelynn, Addisyn, Alison, Jaxx, Abigail, Chase, Joseph, Larry, Tamara, and Marvin; great grandchildren, Natalynn, Elaina, Emory, and Grayson; sisters, Bonnie Aubrey and Vicky Haddad; and brothers, Robert and William Smith.

The family to announce a memorial service at a later day and time.
