She was born Wednesday, March 31, 1937 in Knox, Indiana, Daughter of the late Dale Corey Sr and the late Livy(Emigh) Corey.
Helen was a past Girl Scout Leader and a graduate of the Knox High School class of 1955. She joined the American Legion Auxiliary in 1989 and was active for 31 years. Helen joined the Women of the Moose, Knox chapter 633 on August 5, 1974. During her 46 years she was the Senior Regent in 1976, Past Regent 1977, earned the Academy of Friendship in 1977 and College of Regent in 1978. During her numerous years of service to the WOTM she held several chairs. Her mother, Livy was a charter member in the formation of the WOTM, making her, Helen, and her daughters Rose and Mary, third generation members. Helen greatest passion was spending time with her family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A special thanks goes to all who helped care for Helen through the years.
Surviving are Daughter, Rose Raderstorf of Knox, Indiana, Daughter, Mary Ann Cole, of Savannah, Tennessee, 3 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, Brother, Don (Toni) Corey of Cedar Lake, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Fox and brother William Dale II(late Gloria), Robert Corey, sisters Livy (late Harold) Crider, Peggy Warner, Ruth Ann West and son-in-law Ray Raderstorf .
