Mr. Billy Ray Gray, age 63 of Stuart, Virginia passed away on Thursday, May 7, 2020, at SOVAH Health of Martinsville. He was born in Stokes County, North Carolina on August 28,1956. Billy enjoyed hunting and fishing; loved dogs, and he loved all children, especially his grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Mr. Gray is survived by his wife, Wanda Nolen Gray of the home, two daughters, Jessica Rakes and husband, Steven of Woolwine, and Christy Harbour and husband, Alan of Woolwine, four grandchildren, Brittany Rodriguez and husband, Logan, Christian Rakes, Braxton Rakes, and Cayleigh Harbour; his mother, Jewel Lawson Gray of Stuart; two sisters, Sandra Gregory and husband, Russell of Ridgeway and Malissa Reynolds and husband, Kevin of Patrick Springs, two nephews Justin Gregory and wife, Megan of Ridgway and Daniel Reynolds of Wilkesboro, North Carolina; on niece, Kate Reynolds of Stuart; one great niece, Ella Gregory of Ridgeway; and a special doggy friend, Ziggy.
