Born in Oconee, SC, she was the daughter of the late Mallory John Dillard and Dorothy Ridley. Rhonda was employed with Dunlop in Westminster; she was a member of Old Country Church. Rhonda enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, taking trips to the mountains and camping.
Rhonda is survived by her son, Michael Richard Williams of Westminster; daughter, Stephanie Nichole Cawthon (Dwanie) of Seneca; daughter in law, Rebecca Williams of Seneca; former husband, Hank Williams of the residence; sisters, Chereita Duncan, Nancy Dillard and Michelle Holcomb; four grandchildren, Macie Williams, Joseph Cawthon, Rylee Cawthon and Kinsley Cawthon.
Rhonda is proceeded in death by her, parents; brother, Johnny Dillard; sisters, Linda LeCroy and Dewena Martuicco.
