AGE 82 YEARS
UNITED STATES AIR FORCE VETERAN
John W. Bachman, of Montoursville and formerly of Collomsville, passed away on Monday, May 4, 2020, in AristaCare at Loyalsock. John was the son of John and Margaret Conway Bachman.
He was a graduate of South Williamsport High School and retired from GTE Sylvania, Muncy. He was a member of the NRA and enjoyed hunting and gardening. What John enjoyed most in life were his grandchildren.
He is survived by a son, Matthew Bachman of Hershey; two daughters, Cassandra (Matthew) Reichelderfer of Riverview, Fla., and Kathleen Bachman of Hummelstown; two brothers, Alan Bachman of Beech Creek, and Gary Bachman of Collomsville; and five grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 11, in Green Lawn Memorial Park.
