Daughter of Johnny and Minnie Bell Scarboro. She married Jimmie Fennell in 1954 and moved to Savannah where they raised their five daughters together. After his death, she married Clinton Steven "Steve" Perkins (b. 16 Mar 1932, NC - d. 19 Oct 2016, Thunderbolt, GA) in 1996. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; sister, Mildred S Bien; and brother, Albert Scarboro. She is survived by her five daughters, Kym Fennell Aeger (Steve Johnson), Tonya Fennell Carey (Jeff), Krystle Fennell Barrett (Jeff), Nicole Fennell Beasley (Daniel), Nikki Fennell Lee (Terry); eight grandchildren, John, Matthew, Emily, Ashlyn, Conner, Christopher, Sydney and Sophie; one great-granddaughter, Levi; brother and sister-in-law, Grady and Jewel Fennell; and her only surviving nephew, Randy Scarboro.
