Dolores Ann Allen , 85 years of age from Houston, Texas, passed away April 25, 2020. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on July 3, 1934 to Albert and Agnes Taubert. She was married to Tommy Allen for 66 years.


Dolores was a 1952 graduate of Bishop Byrne High School in Port Arthur, Texas, mother of three, hair stylist, accounting administrative assistant, obstetrics and home health care office clerk.


She was an active participant in her children's and grandchildren's school, sports, and dance activities. She was ever present at baptisms, First Communions, weddings, and other family milestone events. Her favorite past times were time at the beach home , visiting close friends, and dancing to the music.


She was preceded in death by her parents Albert and Agnes Taubert, sister Shirley Gennusa, grandchild Gerard Fehmer, and husband Tommy Allen.


She is survived by her siblings: brother Albert Taubert, sister-in-law Deanna Taubert, sister Agnes Hunter, brother-in-law Tommy Hunter, and sister Donna Taubert, children: daughter Arlene Marino, son-in-law Sam Marino, son Tommy Allen, Jr. , daughter-in-law Baryun Allen, daughter Jeri Allen, 13 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
