Kathy Hall, 67, of Beebe, passed away May 6, 2020 at Unity Health in Searcy. She was born October 15, 1952 at Griffithville to the late Dean and Elsa Graupner York.
Kathy graduated from Griffithville High School. She was a dedicated wife, mother and granny first and foremost. She treasured her family and embraced every moment with them. She was a “second” mom for many; this was shown through her selfless acts as she always gave to others. Her unending love was apparent, as you could never leave until she gave you a hug and a kiss and told us how she loved her family. Kathy was an inspiration to all who knew her. She loved to fish and work in the yard. She always kept an immaculate house and loved keeping busy. She was also known to hold her own at the slot machines.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Joe York; sister, Gay Hodges; and two grandsons, Tanner Phares and Jonathan Wheeler.
She is survived by husband of 18 years, James Hall; two daughters, Tina Phares and Julie Wheeler-Foster; son, Michael Crider; two step daughters, Amy Rodgers and Courtney Hall; five grandchildren, Tyler Meachum, Ashlee Luck, Carsyn, Landyn, and Addisyn Crider; two great grandchildren, Kayden and Kylie Luck and Natalie Rubio; two sisters, Jackie Linn and Wilma Huey; as well as one brother, Ricky York.
A viewing will be 10-11 a.m. Monday May 11, 2020 at Sullivan Funeral Care. Please exercise social distancing and crowd size must remain under 50 at the funeral home. Graveside services will follow at Fredonia Cemetery at 12:00 noon with Bro. Norman Miller, officiating.
