DEBRA LYNN WESTBROOK
July 14, 1957 ~ May 5, 2020 (age 62)

Debra Lynn Thomas-Westbrook entered her heavenly home May 5, 2020 after a long battle with cancer at the age of 62.

Debbie was born to W. L. Thomas, Jr., and Nona (Johnson) Thomas on July 14, 1957 in Huntington, CA.

Debra was a 1975 graduate of Broken Bow High School. She and Wendell Westbrook were united in marriage September 22, 1976 and shared forty-three years together before her passing.

Debra loved cooking, working in her garden, watching the cooking channel, and spending time with her family. She dearly loved her grandchildren. She was a special lady and will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her father, W.L. Thomas, Jr.; mother-in-law and father-in-law, J.T and Helen Westbrook.

Debra leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Wendell of the home; her mother, Nona Thomas of Broken Bow, OK; children, Ryan Westbrook and wife, Carrie of Idabel, OK, daughter, Jena Nelson and husband, Karl of Edmond, OK; one sister, Brenda McGee of Texas; grandchildren, Layndon Strawn, Blaken Strawn, Makenlyn Westbrook, Rafe Nelson and Linnea Nelson; a host of family and friends.

A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held Saturday, May 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m., at Watson Memorial Cemetery with Bro. Lewis Lee Prewitt and Bro. Jimmy Westbrook officiating.
