Clara "Peep" Miller, age 95, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2020 surrounded by family at home.

Clara was born April 14, 1924 in Denver, Colorado to the late Emma and Harry Martin. She was the youngest of eight children, all preceded her in death. Clara graduated from Denver East High School in 1942. She went on to work as a civil servant on Lowry Air Force Base during WWII, where she met her husband Turner Miller. Clara and Turner were married soon after. Nancy and Scott were born from their loving union.

She accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior at an early age and was a loyal and active member of Berean Baptist Church for many years, including but not limited to being the Church Clerk. She cherished spreading the love of the Lord with each and every person that was fortunate to come in contact with her. Clara rejoiced in praying with and for others in order to bring those she loved to God. Throughout her life she was a loyal servant of the Lord. "God bless You!"

Clara began her administrative career at a young age and continued to serve until the ripe young age of 82. She began her career in the petroleum industry and concluded it at the Colorado State Health Department.

Clara loved to laugh and spend time with her innumerable family and friends. She enjoyed sharing the gift of her amazing memory in the form of stories and reminiscences. She loved demonstrating her prowess by reciting the birthdays of everyone she knew, as well as listing every street in Denver in order, according to the streetcar route that she grew up taking with her mother. She spent many days watching the Game Show Network and surprising us all with her extensive knowledge. She had a special passion for the Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy and would often include Alex Trebek in her prayers. In Clara's earlier years she loved to play ping pong, bowl, juggle, and drive.

Clara is survived by her son, Scott and his wife Shawn, her daughter Nancy and her partner David, her granddaughter Melissa, her grandson Ian, her grandson Uriah and his wife Christel, her great-granddaughter Caitlyn, her great-grandson Michael, and her great-grandson Zachary. She is also survived by numerous other family and friends and loved ones. Clara touched the lives of many people in her 95 years.

Clara is preceded in death by her husband Turner, and her brothers and sisters, Margaret (Dollzie), Jim, Neal, Ruth, Henry, Maxine, and James (adopted), John.
A celebration of Clara's blessed life will soon be announced.
