Sue was born June 28, 1921, to Andrew and Fern (Blakely) Leach on their farm near Yuma, Colo. She graduated from high school in Imperial, Neb. After attending Kearney State Teachers’ College and receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of Wyoming, she taught school for seven years in Nebraska and 23 years in Cheyenne.
Sue was a member of the Laramie County Retired Teachers for a number of years. She enjoyed playing golf and belonged to the Airport Golf Course for 17 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; three brothers, Charles Leach, Leland Leach and Byron Leach; and three sisters, Mable Bernard, Vernace Groff and Maxine Matson.
Sue is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
