SEPTEMBER 8, 1986 – MAY 4, 2020

Heather LeAnn Collins, 33, of Kingsport, passed away Monday, May 4, 2020 at Vanderbilt Hospital due to complications of Wilson’s Disease.

She is preceded in death by her son, Christopher Smith; paternal grandparents, William and Margaret Collins; maternal grandmother, Minnie Ruth Reynolds; aunt, Linda Lampkains; and uncle, Norman Maddox.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Kaylee and Kiley Sandidge; parents, David and Teresa Collins; uncles, Richard Tinker (Beatrice), Earl Tinker (Kim), Timothy Reynolds (Sean), and Elmer Collins (Yvonne); aunts, Mary Ann Maddox and Patsy Jones (Ferrell); and several cousins.

Heather will be laid to rest on Thursday, May 7, 2020 at 1:00pm at East Lawn Memorial Park in the Garden of Memories, officiated by Pastor Will Shewey.

Special thanks to Vanderbilt Hospital and love from family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Heather’s memory to the charity of one’s choice.
