He was a son of Clarence M. and Mary Louise Lane Edick.
He married Katherine S. Cwik at St. Peter's Church in Poughkeepsie on Aug. 3, 1947. Mrs. Edick survives at home.
Mr. Edick also is survived by a daughter, Barbara L. Edick-Sherman of Millbrook; a son, Lawrence R. Edick of Westland, Mich.; four sisters, Dorothy Davies of Sauquoit, Louise Edick, Marion Denison and Hilda Parsons, all of Ilion; five grandchildren; a great-grandson; several nieces and nephews.
A sister Evelyn Edick, and two brothers, Stanley Edick and Glenn Edick, died previously.
