Condolences are being expressed to the family of Mr. Edgar Thomas Thompson, Jr., age 74, who passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at Carver Living Center, 303 E Carver Street, Durham, North Carolina 27704 after a twenty year battle with MS.

Born and raised in Durham, NC the son of Edgar and Calonia Thompson, he was a resident of Durham, North Carolina for most of his life.

Edgar grew up in the neighborhood of Brookstown. He graduated from Hillside High School in 1962. At an early age Edgar gave his life to Christ and joined West Durham Baptist Church.
