David, wife Sarah and children Elizabeth, Sarah, Mary Jane and Maria arrived on ship "Westminster" 26 June 1838.
Another child, William (born 15 November 1837), died on the "Westminster" voyage on 11 June 1838.
David hanged himself at Duckinfield Park estate, near Morpeth, NSW.
Tarro General Cemetery was known as Hexham C of E Burial Grounds, Quartersessions Road, Tarro (or Upper Hexham).
Burial was on 10 May 1858.
