Eddie Dean Buck, 71, husband of Carolyn Boswell Buck, Harrodsburg, died Saturday, May 2, 2020 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. Born March 27, 1949 in Taylor County, he was the son of the late James and Gertrude Rogers Buck. He was of the Baptist faith and was a self-employed truck driver and farmer.

Additional survivors besides his wife include: two sons: Alvin Buck of Parksville and Jimmy (Cynthia) Buck of Harrodsburg; two brothers: Jack Buck and Timmy Buck both of Harrodsburg; three sisters: Vera Colvin and Brenda Boswell both of Harrodsburg and Retha Roe of Richmond; four grandchildren: Travis Buck, Jordan Buck, Cody Buck and Nathan Buck; two great grandchildren: Josiah Denning and Faith Buck and several nieces and nephews.

Due to current restrictions placed on public gatherings, a private graveside service will be held at the Battle Cemetery with Mike Conover officiating. Pallbearers will be Travis Buck, Jordan Buck, Cody Buck, Nathan Buck, Chris Buck and Steven Buck.
