for Mrs. Barbara N. Schmall, 79, of Main St., Reisterstown,
who died early Saturday morning at a Baltimore
County hospital following a brief illness.
Born in Howard County, she was the daughter of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Albert Nichols and widow of Dr. Erhardt A.
Schmall who died in 1972.
She was past president of the Woman's Club of Glyndon,
a member of All Saints'
Episcopal Church, Reisterstown, past president of the
Maryland Chiroproctor Association and a charter
member of Soldiers Delight Chapter, Daughters of the
American Revolution.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Ann Kuehn of
Arlington, Va.; a son, Dr. Craig N. Schmall of Westminster;
two sisters, Glady Townsend of Chestertown and Doris Stottler of Florida; a brother, Hardy Nichols of Gettysburg, Pa.; and four grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11
a.m. from All Saints'
Episcopal Church, Reisterstown. The Rev. Frederick Hanna, pastor of the church,
will officiate. Burial will be in All Saints' Cemetery, Reisterstown.
Arrangements are being made by the Eline Funeral Home, Reisterstown.
