Mr. Blailock was a retired insurance salesman. He was a member of U.S. Army Air Force during WWII and served with the 155th National Guard of McComb. He was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ardis Simmons Blailock, his parents, Sam E. Blailock and Katie Kraft Blailock; one brother, Sidney Blailock; and one sister, Elizabeth Blailock Smith.
He was survived by four sons, Steve Blailock of New Orleans, LA, Joe Blailock of Pricedale, MS, Buddy Blailock of Wesson, MS and Tom Blailock of Pittsburgh, PA; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
