On an unrecorded date by late 1744, Ezekiel m. 1) Abigail Wright, dau. of Capt. Samuel Wright & Abigail Goodrich, b. Mar. 11, 1724/5 at Wethersfield. She d. of record Nov. 7, 1755 at Wethersfield, Æ 31 (g.s.) Four children of the marriage: Abigail, Clarinda, Alvin and Rhoda.

Ezekiel m. 2) of record Sept. 22, 1756 at Wethersfield, Anna Stillman, d. of Capt. Nathaniel Stillman, Sr. and Sarah Allen, and widow of Josiah Wells. She was b. Mar. 26 (bp. Mar. 31), 1734 at Wethersfield. Anna d. Dec. 27, 1808 at Wethersfield, Æ 75 (g.s.), not 76 as inscribed on her gravestone. Nine children of the marriage: Ezekiel Jr., William, Anna, Susanna, Sarah, Ruth, Elizabeth, Mary and Samuel.

Ezekiel Fosdick was a double descendant of Elder William Brewster of the 1620 Mayflower voyage and Plymouth Colony, as he was a lineal descendant of two of Elder Brewster's daughters.
