Karen LeeAnn Lane, 44, of Chatham, Illinois passed away on Tuesday April 28, 2020 in her residence at 1:00p.m.

LeeAnn was born July 14, 1975 in West Frankfort, Illinois to Carlous L. and Betsy (Simmons) Irby. LeeAnn loved her family and her dog, Claire. She was a life coach, storm watcher, and an eternal optimist.

She was preceded in death by her mother, brother, Jeff Hamilton; aunt, Jolene Oppawsky; uncles, John Simmons and Chuck Irby.

LeeAnn is survived by her son, J. Lane; ex-husband and companion, E. Lane; father, Carl (Linda) Irby; sister, Susan (Jeff) ; niece; aunts and uncles; many cousins

Private graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2020 with burial in Tower Heights Cemetery – West Frankfort, Illinois.
Due to the current CDC Guidelines, the recommendation is that funeral homes adhere to limit public events to 10 or fewer people due to COVID-19.
