Steve Cook, 69, of Chateaugay died Wednesday, April 29, 2020 at the Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, Syracuse, NY.
Born on June 15, 1950 in Malone, NY, he was the son of Irving and June (Bell) Cook.
Steve graduated from Chateaugay Central School. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1968 and was honorably discharged in 1970.
He owned and operated Cook's Convenience Store in Rochester for many years. He also worked various jobs in the local area. He was a former member of the Chateaugay American Legion. Steve enjoyed 4-wheeling and fishing.
He is survived by his mother, June Cook of Chateaugay; six siblings and their spouses; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father, Irving Cook and sister, Holly Cook.
