Maria Elena Dominguez went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 12, 2020 in Arlington, TX at the age of 83. She was born on July 9, 1936 in Marathon, TX to Manuel and Ventura (Terrazas) Fierro.
Maria was a member of the Catholic Church. She was a very outgoing person who never met a stranger. Maria was a very hard worker and loved to help others. Her favorite pastimes included working with the Pink Ladies and helping others with food, clothing, and transportation. She will be dearly missed.
Maria leaves behind her sons: Juan Dominguez Jr of Ft. Stockton, TX, Pablo Dominguez and wife Armedia of Ft. Worth, TX, and Pedro Dominguez and wife Socorro of Ft. Stockton, TX; daughters: Bessie Ybarra and husband Fernando Jr. of Irving, Tx, Olga Dominguez of Blooming Grove, TX, and Danna Galindo and husband Jose of Midland, TX; brother: Mike Fierro and wife Amelia of Odessa, TX; sisters: Connie Acosta and Lupe Garcia, both of Odessa, TX; 19 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and numerous great-great grandchildren.
Maria was preceded in death by her parents: Manuel and Ventura Fierro; sister: Margarita Berzoza; brothers: Sonny Fierro, Gabriel Fierro, and Tino Fierro; brother-in-laws: Reymundo Berzoza and Manuel Garcia; and grandson: Christopher Galindo.
Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, April 17, 2020 at Kermit Cemetery with Father Gleen Carpe officiating. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jonathan Lopez, Pablo Dominguez Jr., Johnny Dominguez, Javier Ybarra, Julian Chavez, Jose Galindo Jr., Javier Ybarra Jr., and Adrian Dominguez.
