AGE 91 YEARS

Helen L. (Chace) Chamberlain Of Waltham, passed away April 28, 2020 in Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Helen was a daughter of the late Nathan and Ada (Peck) Chace. Raised in Waltham she was a graduate of Waltham High School. She was married to Carl H. Lawson until his death on June 20, 1970. She later remarried Fred Chamberlain Sr and was married until his death in 1993.

She worked as an administrative assistant at John Hancock Insurance Company in Boston and later at Brandeis University before retiring. Her hobbies and interests included cooking, gardening and knitting.

Mother of Debra L. Lawson, Cynthia J. Hire (Kenneth), all of Waltham and Rebecca A. Lewis (Jeff) of Ashland; sister of the late Hazel Burton and Dorothy Crowell; grandmother of 5 grandchildren and great-grandmother of two, also survived by nieces and nephews.

Helen's family gathered privately in Joyce Funeral Home, followed by Burial in Mount Feake Cemetery.
