MARIAN HELEN QUINN (Klingshirn), age 90 of Westlake, Ohio passed away on April 28, 2020. Beloved wife of Robert Quinn for 63 years, sister of Eugene, sister-in-law of Barbara, and loving mother of Mary Anne Buczyna, Elizabeth McClimon, Robert P. (Smita) Quinn, Carol (Bruce) Fassig, Jean (Dave) Young, Patricia (Jay) Winter, Thomas (Margie) Quinn and later Lois (Dave) Kendera. She was the loving grandmother of Emma Buczyna, Patricia (Mike) Counts, Carla (Nick) Campbell, Casey (Sterling) Noelck, Penny McClimon, Daven (Beth) Quinn, Neil (Himanshi) Shah-Quinn, Maya Quinn, Roshan (Ivan) Chavarriaga, Molly Fassig, David (Liz) Young, Danielle Young, Paul Winter, Jillian Winter, Colleen Quinn, Tara Quinn, Hannah (Devin) Gallagher, Jacob Kauffman, Grace Kauffman, Todd (Carla) Buczyna, and Jamye (Gary) Chrisman; and great-grandmother of Jordan, Ashley and Gavin Counts, Max and Jack Campbell, Alistair and Iola Noelck, Tessa Martinez, Madie, Bodie and Bindi Buczyna, Valentina Chavarriaga, and Emery and Kellen Gallagher. She is survived by an extended family. Preceded in death by husband Bob, siblings Marjorie (James) and Allan, sister-in-law Frances, and son-in-law Mike. The daughter of Albert and Theresa (nee Conrad) Klingshirn, she was born December 26, 1929 in Lorain, OH. She attended Avon Lake High School and Flora Stone Mather College, was a kindergarten teacher in the Cleveland Public Schools for many years, and authored and co-authored eight family histories. Her family is grateful for the love, friendship and support of the staff of Avon Oaks Caring Community, Avon, Ohio. Arrangements are being handled by McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home in Westlake, OH. Interment will be private; a memorial service will be scheduled at a time when family and friends can gather together to celebrate a life well lived. Marian will be remembered for her kindness, faith and compassion. In lieu of flowers, her family requests contributions to the Poor Clare Colettine Nuns, 3501 Rocky River Dr., Cleveland, OH 44111, or Westlake Meals on Wheels, 2239 Dover Center Rd, Westlake, OH 44145.
