Mr. Harold Willis, age 71, of Lyons, died Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Candler Hospital in Savannah, after an extended illness. He was a native of Toombs County and lived in the Tampa Bay area most of his life before moving back to Lyons in 2012. Harold was Baptist by faith, was a welder and retired from International Shipyard after twenty-five years. He loved fishing, working on old cars, and spending time with his family. Harold was preceded in death by parents, Joseph Clyde and Verbie Willis; and siblings, Joseph Clyde Willis, Jr., Shirley Gladden, Johnny Willis, Georgia Nell Willis, and Larry Willis.

Mr. Willis is survived by three siblings, Neil Willis and wife Glenda, Betty Howell with Johnny Johnson, and Veronica Lane and husband Bobby all of Lyons; and several nieces and nephews.

The memorial service will be held Saturday, December 22nd at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Dannie Williams officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until just prior to the service.
