Services Set For two Killed In Accident

Houtzdale-Double funeral services will be held for a brother and sister killed yesterday in a violet two car crash near Edensburg which also claimed a third life and injured three other family members, two seriously.
Services are scheduled at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Barbar's Catholic Church here for Mrs. Josphine Murawski, 68, of Morann, and her brother Anthony Miscavish, 55, of Detroit, Mich., who was one of the drivers.
The other driver, Adolph Risliti, 71, of Ebensburg and Mrs. Murawski were pronounced dead at the scene, while Mr. Miscavish was dead on arrival at Johnstown's Memorial Hospital.
Admitted to Memorial Hospital were Mr. Miscavish's wife, Louise, 45, fair condition, their son, John 5, serious, and another of Mr. Miscavish's sisters, Mary Emala, 75 of Houtzdale, serious. Mrs. Emalia had since been transferred to Presbyterian Hospital at Pittsburgh.
The Miscavish and Risaliti cars rammed together at the intersection of U.S. 22 and Pennsylvania 160. State troopers said Mrs. Miscavish told them she and her family had attended a wedding at Ginter during the weekend. They were driving back to Detroit with Mr. Miscavish's two sisters, who planned to visit them for two weeks.
Mr. Risaliti was alone in his car.
Mrs. Murawski was born April 17, 1899 at West Houtzdale and Mrs. Miscavish Dec. 13, 1911, at Morann, children of Jacob and Hedy (Ozark) Miscavish, both deceased.
She was a member of St. Barbara's Catholic Church and the Altar Society of the church.
Mrs. Murawski is survived by her husband, Casmir, and seven children, twenty-seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Mrs. Murawski and Mr. Miscavish are also survived by three brothers and three sisters.
Rosary will be recited in the Buranovsky Funeral Home at Ramey tomorrow at 8 p.m. and again at 9 p.m. by the Altar Society of St. Barbara's Church. Friends may call in the funeral home after 3 p.m. tomorrow.
Interment Friday will be in the church cemetery where military graveside services also will be conducted fro Mr. Miscavish.
