Barbara Jean Motley Hopkins, 86, passed away April 25, 2020, at UNC-Rockingham Health Care in Eden. She was born August 16, 1933 in Rockingham County, to Ben Clark Motley and Lois Haley Motley. She was a member of Draper United Methodist Church and a retiree of Fieldcrest Cannon.
She is survived by her two grandchildren, Chris Rice and Breanna Hopkins. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Elroy James Hopkins; son, Jeff Hopkins; daughter, Lisa Rice; grandson, Josh Jarrell.
Burial will be in Dan view Cemetery, Eden.
