He was employed as a Finance Manager for Clinton County for 25 years until he retired in February of this year.
In addition to spending time with his family and friends, he enjoyed traveling, boating, camping, vacations in Hawaii, cruises, celebrating holidays with family (especially Christmas), spending summer days poolside or on the lake,
Predeceased by his father Clifton Bell and a brother Curtis Bell.
Survived by his wife; his daughter and her husband; his son and his wife; his mother ; his siblings (a sister and 2 brothers) and their families; a sister-in-law; four grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a lifetime of cherished friends.
Interment- St. Alexander’s Cemetery.
