Jeffrey Paul Arnold, 65, of Eustis, died on September 27, 2019. He was born in Medina, Ohio to Andrew Paul Arnold and Lenore Venham Brunty.

He moved to Eustis in 1980 from Melbourne, Florida, and was a restaurateur. In the 1990's Jeff was a Maitre d' of Del Frisco's Steakhouse, now Christner's Prime Steak of Orlando. He followed his dream of owning his own fine dining restaurant with his wife and business partner, Linda Kreibick Arnold, and together created Jeffrey Paul's Chop House. They purchased The Colonial Inn property in Eustis and remodeled, with respect and preservation of a longtime Eustis establishment, to create the Golden Triangle's first very fine dining chop house.

Jeff is survived by his 3 sons, Ian Andrew Arnold, Weirsdale, FL, Charles Adam Arnold, Sherman Oaks, CA, Aaron Paul Arnold, Longwood, FL; mother, Louise Murphy, Leesburg, FL; brothers, Jerry Arnold, Leesburg, FL, Rob Arnold, Byron, NY, Charles Brunty, Cocoa Beach, FL and Dean Brunty, Merritt Island, FL; sisters, Candis Arnold, Winder, GA, Sharon Cherny, Kingston, NY and Simone Zimmer, New Bern, NC; 5 grandchildren.
