He enjoyed fishing and collecting NASCAR memorabilia.
Tommy passed away at the age of 69 on April 26, 2020 in Tyler, Texas.
Survivors include his wife, Debra Hurst of Lindale; children, Thomas W. Foreman, Joseph W. Ellis, and John L. Ellis; sister, Helen Lawrence; brother, Jim Hurst; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; nieces, Angela Rivera and Mandy Sandvig; and nephews, Bobby Bock and James Miller.
