ANNA MARY KARR
Mrs. Anna Mary Karr, 72, died yesterday at her home, 333 North Orange street, Rialto. She had resided in Rialto 11 years. Mrs. Karr was a member of the Christian church of Rialto and during the war was active in Red Cross work.
Surviving are her husband, Joseph H. Karr; four brothers, Charles, Ira, John and Frank Williams: two sons, Erick E. Karr of San Bernardino and Dana F. Karr pf Colton; four daughters, Mrs. Maude M. England of Crestline, Mrs. Madge K. Powell of Madison, Okla., Mrs. Ina E. Dudley of San Francisco, Del Oro. Mexico, and Mrs. Faye Haeske of Bartlesville, Okla., six grandchildren and seven great grand children.
Funeral services will be held Tuseday at 2 p.m. from the Ingold Funeral home in Rialto with interment in Rialto Park cemetery.

They had eight children in 15 years. She died on November 29, 1947, in Rialto, California, at the age of 72, and was buried there.

Wedding 50 Years of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Karr residents of Rialto, California, who are celebrating their golden wedding anniversary. They plan to keep open house at their home next Sunday afternoon (May 1944) for relatives and friends. In the presence of all their children, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph H. Karr, of 333 North Orange Street, Rialto, today will celebrate their fiftieth anniversary. Although their fiftieth anniversary is today, Mr. and Mrs. Karr will hold an open house for friends and relatives at their residence Sunday. Refreshments will be served from 2 to 6 p.m. Prior to his retirement in January 1942, Mr. Karr operated a shoe repair shop in Rialto. Mr. Karr was born in Drake Creek, Arkansas in 1870 and Mrs. Karr was born in 1875 in Jasper, Alabama. Prior to coming to Rialto in 1936, they resided in Miami, Oklahoma for 20 years. The six children of Mr. and Mrs. Kar, who will help them celebrate their golden wedding are Mrs. Jim England of Horseshoe Bend, in the San Bernardino Mountains, Erick E. Karr of 598 Arrowhead Avenue San Bernardino, Mrs. C. A. Powell of Miami, Oklahoma, Mrs. Harold G, Dudley of San Francisco del Oro. Chihuahua, Mexico, Dane F. Karr of 283 West I Street, Colton, and Faye Karr of Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
