J. E. ERWIN
Following a lengthy illness J. E. Erwin, well known rancher of the Bloomington district, passed away early yesterday afternoon at his ranch home. He was 77 years old and a native of Illinois. Mr. Erwin had lived in California for 24 years, the last four being spent in Bloomington. Besides his wife, Mrs. Ida Erwin, he leaves to mourn his passing three daughters, Mrs. O. R. Turner, of Pasadena; Mrs. Henry Duetsch, of Peoria, Ariz., and Mrs. Fred Loehr, of Bloomington; two brothers. Robert Erwin, of Oklahoma, and Charles Erwin, of Huntington Park; and six grandchildren.
Mark B. Shaw Co. has charge of the funeral arrangements will be announced later.
