Jason Hay, known as “Jay” to many, passed away at his home in Shawnee, KS on February 24th, 2020. He had just celebrated his 27th birthday. Jay was a wonderful loving son, husband and daddy. He loved spending time with his family and working out at the gym. He was a member of Westside Family Church and was active in his local AA group. Jay was an inspiration and testament to many who struggle with the disease of alcohol addiction.

He is survived by his wife and best friend, Kristin, their son, Elias Dolton, who just celebrated his 1st birthday, his daughter, Peyton Raylee, 4, her mom, Courtney Bova, his parents, Doug and Michele, his sisters, Erin and Kylie Hay, his Gram, Diane Dolton and grandparents, Bob and Barbara Hay. He was proceeded in death by his Pop Pop, Mike Dolton.

A celebration of his life will be held at 2 PM on Saturday, February 29th at Amos Family Funeral Home, 10901 Johnson Drive, Shawnee KS 66203.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Valley Hope, 1816 N 2nd St, Atchinson, KS 66002 or Little House AA Group, 13005 W 92nd St, Shawnee Mission, KS 66215.
