Pamela "Pam" Winter

Pamela Clawson Winter passed away peacefully on July 5, 2013. Visitation with the family will begin at 12:30 PM on Tuesday, July 16, 2013, at the Haynesville United Methodist Church with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 PM in the sanctuary of the church.
Pam was born on May 24, 1956, in Fort Dodge, Iowa, to Charles and Patricia Clawson. She graduated from Haynesville High School in 1974, and later from Southern Arkansas University and worked as a Registered Nurse doing what she did best, taking care of other people with her kindhearted spirit and her big smile.
Pam is survived by the love of her life, Tim Winter, her husband, of 38 years, and her two children, a daughter, Jessie Belle Winter-Millen and her husband, Christopher, of Haughton and a son, Ben Winter and his wife, Kirstie of Lafayette and her beloved three grandsons, Micah, Hayden and Clay and a granddaughter on the way.
Pam also leaves behind her parents, Charles and Patricia Clawson of Haynesville, her siblings and their spouses, Dennis and Cindy Miller of Homer, Casey and Desha Clawson of Owasso, OK, Chris and Ray Spurlock of Athens, Patrick and Deborah Clawson of Homer and Cathy and Landy Roberson of Mountain Home, AR, along with numerous nieces, nephews and a host of loving friends.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Samuel Abshire and the entire nursing staff at Heritage Manor for the care they gave to Pam. The family also requests that any memorials be sent to the Alzheimer's Foundation in Pam's honor.
