Daniel W Dixon or “Dan”, age 78, of Whitehall, Montana passed away on Monday, April 20th 2020.

At Dan’s request, no services are planned.

Cremation arrangements have been made with the Axelson Funeral And Cremation Services.

Dan was born in Walkerville, Montana on November 17th 1941; he graduated from Butte High school.

Dan joined the Navy 1959, released in 1962, and moved to Washington state where he joined the Boilermakers Union for many decades. He also was a volunteer firefighter for many years. Along the way he picked up woodworking as a hobby.

Dan married Faye V Dixon on June 6th 2015 and is survived by his three daughters, Denene Genther (deceased), Danette Dixon, Dannel Flanagin (Patrick), Dangi Dixon, and his four grandsons, Daniel Genther, Matthew Genther, Troy Parker, Joseph Bedker, his great grandson, Thomas Bedker, and other family & friends.

He spent the last 20 years living in Whitehall, Montana.

He is loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
