June S. Hill, 74, of Glenville, loving wife of Max W. Hill, entered into God's eternal care on Sunday, April 19, 2020 at home surrounded by her family.

Born on Monday, June 18, 1945 in Havre de Grace, MD, she was a daughter of Lorraine Almony and the late Brantley Simon, Sr. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Brantley Simon, Jr. A member of Hope Baptist Church, June volunteered at the former New Freedom Christian School and enjoyed crafts, candy making, and baking.

In addition to her husband of 56 years, survivors include four children, Timothy Keith Hill and his wife, Sharon, of North Pole, AK, Lisa Ann Stahler and her husband, Michael, of New Freedom, Amanda "Mandy" Smith and her husband, Brent, and Katherine Marie Rinehart and her husband, Owen, all of Hanover; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; five siblings, Patricia McCallister, Louise Douglas, Minnette Klunk, Roger Simon, and Esther Ferren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In compliance with health and public safety directives during this time, a private graveside service for June will be held at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope Baptist Church, 6450 Hope Way, Hanover, PA 17331.
