It is with regret we announce the passing of Mr. Ray Bostick “Chip” Woods, Jr. age 54, of Fayetteville, TN. Mr. Woods was born on July 21, 1965 in Lincoln County, TN. He passed away on April 23, 2020, at his residence.
Ray was employed at Frito Lay as a process operator and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and was an avid Auburn fan.
Survivors include his life partner of twenty plus years, Pamela Price of Fayetteville; father, Ray Bostick (Kay) Woods, Sr., of Fayetteville; sons, Christopher Ray Woods of Huntsville, AL and Keith Austin Woods of Nashville; sister, Melissa Woods (Wade) Hays of Huntsville, AL. Ray was preceded in death by his mother, Brenda Douthit Woods.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be no public gathering at this time. A private family service will be held with Pastor Danny Green officiating and burial in Riverview Cemetery. The family invites you to share memories at higginsfh.com.
