She was born Aug. 16, 1962, in Jamestown, the daughter of Eugene and Patricia Fordham Heath.
Cindy was a 1980 graduate of Frewsburg Central School.
She had owned and operated the Village Hair and Tanning for many years and recently worked at Venture Forthe.
Cindy enjoyed playing cards and dominoes.
She was a member of Saint James Roman Catholic Church and Our Lady of Victory Oratory, Frewsburg.
Besides her mother of Kiantone, Cindy is survived by three children; her stepdaughter; two grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; Allen, whom she was married to for 32 years; two brothers; a nephew; and her beloved dog, Bo.
She was predeceased by her father; and a sister, Susan K. Heath.
Due to Covid-19 no visitation or services will be observed.
Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
