Raymond Wilbert Weaver left this earthly home and has risen to his reward to be with his Heavenly Father on April 22, 2020 in Osceola, Missouri. He was born at home on June 23, 1944 weighing 11 lbs, 14 oz to Clyde Raymond and Roberta Ruth (Moore) Weaver. He was one of eight children. From an early age he worked beside his dad and siblings on the farm in Lebanon where he was born.

On April 9, 1963 he married the love of his life, Beverly Sue Beck. This union was blessed with three children who later blessed him with 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Early on he drove a truck for Mid-America Truck Line in Kansas City before finally settling in Vista where he operated a family firewood business.

He lived a simple life surrounded by the ones he loved. His love for his family, friends and neighbors was contagious. Raymond loved the Lord and possessed all the qualities of a Godly man. He enjoyed attending church and teaching the word. He was constantly spreading his seeds of faith on this earth. Raymond loved to fish and considered all seasons fishing season. There were few things that kept him from throwing on his overalls and heading to the riverbank. He could often be found in his woodworking shed building family heirlooms and especially loved watching his grandchildren playing sports.

Raymond has left a legacy and sweet memories for all that knew him. If something was said to honor his memory it would be that he loved the Lord and was the best husband, dad and papa that you could hope for.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Roberta Weaver; sister Patsy Berger and brother-in-law, Bob Roland.

Raymond is survived by his wife Beverly; children Tammy (Bob) Burrow, Raymond “Skipper” Weaver, Jr., Cheri (Larry) Bray; grandchildren, Michael (Onna) Weant, Austin (Chelsea) Weant, Dalton Weaver, Christa (Dustin) Gibbs, Dustin (Kaitlyn) Bray, Cody (Courtney) Bray; great-grandchildren, Bryer and baby Weant on the way, Kadience, Kinzie and Karlie Weant, Izzabella Weaver, Rylan and Braylan Gibbs, Myles and Paisley Bray, Emma, Landon and Bracie Bray; brothers and sisters James (Margie) Weaver, Peggy (Bob) Prosser, Judith (Dave) Perryman, Carolyn Roland, Connie (Randy) Brintle, Ricky Weaver; brother-in-law, John Berger, Other relatives and many friends.
