William H. Snodgrass, 76, of rural Columbia City died on Saturday, April 18, 2020 at his home.
He was born November 12, 1943 at Luckey Hospital, Wolf Lake Indiana, a son of the late Harold L. and Julia M. (Schumaker) Snodgrass. His formative years were spent in the Columbia City area where he graduated from Columbia City Joint High School in 1961. He continued his education at Purdue University.
On September 24, 1965 he enlisted in the U.S. Navy serving in Vietnam. He received an honorable discharge on September 23, 1969.
Returning to the area he was self-employed.
He is survived by cousins, William "Bill" (Catherine) Schumaker, Columbia City and David (Joan) Schumaker, Sebring, FL.
