Beverly Ann "Bev" (Brown) Boyd, age 82, of Spooner, WI died Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Maple Ridge Care Center in Spooner.

Beverly was born January 4, 1936 in Hayward, WI the daughter of Benjamin and Freida (Rolfe) Brown. In 1954 she married the love of her life Eugene Boyd where they lived on the Boyd farm on Boyd Lane in Timberland, WI. They raised their six children in Shell Lake, WI. Bev worked at various nursing homes and the Swiss Chalet in Shell Lake. Bev and her husband owned and operated Countyside Sport Shop in Hertel, WI. She enjoyed life to the fullest, had a great sense of humor and enjoyed playing cards with all her family members.

She is survived by her six loving children Shirley (Dave) Beecroft, Keith (Kim) Boyd, Wayne (Bobbie) Boyd, Brian Boyd, Rosemary (Keith) Johnson and foster son Steve (Sandy) Hartwig; 19 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren; brothers Ben (Patricia) Brown, Richard (Joyce) Brown, Donny (Carol) Brown, Robert Brown, Arthur "Bucky" (Deb) Truitt; sister Laurel Sutton; nieces, nephews, cousins and a number of relatives and close friends.

Beverly was preceded in death by her parents Benjamin & Freida; husband Eugene Boyd; son Dennis Boyd; brothers Arnie Brown, Terry Fiedi; grandsons Mathew Boyd, Dennis Geoffrey Boyd; granddaughter Sharla Boyd.

Burial was in Timberland Ringebu Cemetery in Timberland (Barronett), WI.
