He formally worked at E. M. Cummings and was a member of The Edge Church in Clarksville.
He is survived by his niece and caretaker-Laura Wilson; brothers-Jerry Poole (Leslie) and Arthur Poole (Linda); sisters- Mable Davis, Nancy Lozier, Martha Slone, Ramona Logsdon (Steve) and several nieces and nephews.
Charles is preceded in death by his wife- Margaret J. Poole, parents- Arthur and Essie Poole and sister-Elizabeth Clemons.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private service will be held with his immediate family.
