Funeral services will be held in the Wilkerson Funeral Chapel, Thursday at 2 PM. Burial will follow in Pinewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the cemetery following the service.
Born in the Willis Neck community of Craven County, Pat was the daughter of the late William Godfrey and Annie Evans Fornes. She made her home in Pitt County for over 50 years, living the last 25 years in the Belvoir community. She had been employed by Pitt County Schools and later, The Waffle House, until retirement. She was a member of the Women of the Moose, a Salvation Army Soldier, as well as a member of their Women’s Home League. She had been attending the Falkland Church of God.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Ervin James Buck; grandson, Troy Allen Stox.
She is survived by her daughters, Loretta B. Stox-Bellah (Roger), of the home and Melissa B. Baker (Scottie), of Belvoir; grandsons, Robert William Stox of Goldsboro, Keith Baker (Amy), of Bethel, Michael Ray Stox, Jr. (Crystal) of Washington, Edward Coleman Stox, III (Samantha) of Chocowinity, and Tyler James Baker of Belvoir.
