Elizabeth Edalene Porter Kelley, 85, wife of the late James “Jim” L. Kelley, of Seneca, passed away April 20, 2020, at Oconee Memorial Hospital.
A native of Seneca, SC, Mrs. Kelley was the daughter of the late William Earl and Alice Madden Porter. She retired from Kendall and attended Seneca Church of God.
Mrs. Kelley is survived by her son: James Steven Kelley (Shirley) of Pickens, SC; daughter: Rachel Smith (Isaac) of Brevard, NC and Carolyn Sue LeCroy (Roger) of Walhalla, SC; brothers: William Earl Porter, Jr. (Barbara) of Seneca, SC and Roger Porter of Seneca, SC; sisters: Pat Deaton (Wayne) of Walhalla, SC and Genelle Tate (Stan) of Sanford, NC; grandchildren: Ridge Kelley of Rock Hill, SC, Rev. Timothy LeCroy (Rachel) of St. Louis, MO, Leah S. Blackwell (Chris) of Walhalla, SC, Amber L. Kelley of Houston, TX and Kelley E. Smith (Jody) of Seneca, SC; and great grandchildren: Haleigh Blackwell, Elijah Blackwell, Noah Smith, Ella Smith, Ruby LeCroy and Lucy LeCroy.
