Nelda was better known as Colene. Colene entered into marriage with J.C. Dellinger on February 28, 1946 in King County. They relocated to Burlington in 1947, where they established the family farm. Colene was a dedicated homemaker and "Farm Wife."
She is survived by her loving husband and partner of 61 years J.C. at the family home, loving son Lonnie Dellinger and his companion Kristi Fode of Burlington, loving daughters Sandi Larson and her husband Gary, Barbara Vercoe and her husband Ron, all of Burlington, grandchildren Crystal Sayer and her husband Brian, Scott Larson and his wife Connie, Melissa Corcoran and her husband Shannon, Jay Dellinger, Jenna Dellinger, and great-grandchildren Zac Larson, Noah, Nathan, and Hannah Sayer, Cody, Drew, and Emily Larson, Will Corcoran, Jaylyn, Diana and Xavier Dellinger.
Graveside Services for Colene will be conducted on Tuesday, August 14, 2007 at Hawthorne Memorial Park in Mount Vernon, Washington at 11:00am. Pastor Jerry Dellinger will be officiating.
